By accessing img2video.pro ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
img2video.pro provides AI-powered image-to-video generation. You upload an image and a text prompt; we generate a short video using third-party AI models. Videos are stored for a limited period and must be downloaded by you.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent pricing, refunds or abuse controls is prohibited and may result in suspension.
3. Credits & Payments
Videos consume credits based on the chosen model. Credits shown at checkout are final. One-time credit packs never expire. Monthly plans grant credits each billing cycle and reset at renewal; unused monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Failed generations are automatically refunded in full. All credit purchases and subscription payments are non-refundable except for this automatic failed-generation refund — see the Refund Policy. Payments are processed by our payment provider; billing disputes are handled per their policies.
4. Acceptable use
You may not upload images you have no right to use, and you may not generate content that is illegal or infringing. Our full content standards — prohibiting sexual/NSFW content, violence/gore, hate speech, child-unsafe content (CSAM), non-consensual deepfakes/impersonation, and copyright/tremark infringement — along with our moderation mechanisms, reporting channels and enforcement actions, are set out in the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Intellectual property
You retain rights to the images you upload and receive the generated videos for your use, provided your usage complies with these Terms and applicable law.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is". AI output may be imperfect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
